Cancellation Policy:

Generally we ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. Up until it is shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Once shipped, there is no refund. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact either 800-693-1843 or share@ctonics.com for instructions on how to return and a Return Authorization Number.

 

Tax Rates:

No tax is charged when purchases are shipped outside the state of Nevada. For purchases shipped to Nevada addresses, sales tax (currently 7.75%) is included.

 

SHIPPING FAQ'S

Does CTONICS.com charge for shipping? 
CTONICS.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $100, there is a shipping and handling charge of $7.95 for UPS Ground and $9.95 for USPS Priority. Our standard shipping option is UPS Ground.

Can I ship to more than one address per order? 
At this time, you can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 1-800-693-1843.

Can I ship outside the United States? 
CTONICS.com ships to all 50 U.S. states and to Canada as well. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. Also CTONICS.com does not ship to APO/AP addresses.

Can I have multiple shipping addresses in My Account? 
Not yet, but you can call a customer service operator once you have placed your order and have that organized with shipping and handling fees applying to each separate address.

Can my billing address be from another country? 
For U.S. orders and shipping with CTONICS.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. For Canadian orders and shipping, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address in Canada.

Where is my tracking number to track my order? 
When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will be receiving a Shipment Confirmation e-mail in your inbox. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone. The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to the selected carrier site. You can click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail to track your order.

Can I track my order online? 
Yes, you can track your order with the UPS or USPS tracking number supplied in your Shipment Confirmation. You may also call CTONICS's Customer Service at 1-800-693-1843 to track your order.

What carriers ship to Alaska and Hawaii? 
For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS Priority, UPS (2nd Day Air and Next Day Air only).

What carriers can I use if I have a PO Box? 
Our P.O. Box customers should use USPS Ground.

Is my order shipped the same day that I place the order? 
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.
